    SUBMERSIBLE SPIRAL MIXER TURBOSTAR SUB
FUCHS METHOD

Submersible Mixers with spiral propellers are used in storm water tanks or equalization basins. They are also suitable equipment for small sludge storage tanks.
These machines have a high performance and are very sturdy. The special design of the spiral propeller ensures a high resistance against clogging and plugging.

The Submersible Spiral Mixer consists essentially in a submersible motor with mechanical face seal, a connecting cable, a coupling and the spiral propeller.

PRINCIPLE

When the machine is in operation, the liquid is drawn in from behind, axially accelerated in the spiral propeller and expelled as a jet. High agitating and mixing performances are achieved.

INSTALLATION
Usually Submersible Spiral Mixer are installed on the bottom of storm water tanks. This only requires a simple bracket which is fixed on the bottom.
Installation mountings are required for equalization basins and sludge storage tanks. An installation mounting consists essentially of a guiding beam, which is pivoted on the bottom and the upper edge of the side wall, a gliding block and a lifting davit. So the Submersible Mixer can be let down, lifted or turned to the side.
The installation mountings are made of hot-dip galvanized steel. If required we also supply stainless steel.
